What a Summer it turned out to be, what a year muthasuckaz. Joy-n-Pain like Sunshine and Rain. Frankie J has swiped the spotlite with the #13 spot and it looks like he'll hold it until Akon kicks down the door. Akon is FULLY-RELOADED. Fully! But For now Frankie has the top seat, so toast to that.
